It’s almost Earth Day, and there are a lot of retailers getting in the game with some great giveaways this year. Here are some of my favorites:
In honor of Earth Day, tomorrow 4/21 starting at 10am Target will give away 1.5 million reusable bags that include over $40.00 in savings. Some of the bags will have samples of sustainable products as well, including method Dish Soap, Annie’s Bunny Grahams, Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent and Burt’s Bees Moisturizing Cream.
It’s National Park Week, and that means all national parks are offering free admission 4/22 -4/26. Find a national park near you at www.nps.gov.
Visit Joann Fabric & Crafts on Sunday 4/21 from 2-3 pm for a free herb planter class. Also, on 4/22 they are giving away free reusable totes to the first 50 customers.
Celebrate Earth Day with Williams Sonoma for free technique classes all week. Call your local store for specific class times. All participants will receive 10% off all purchases as well. (I must say in true Beauty and a Budget fashion, I can’t condone spending a ridiculous amount of money on a cheese grater….but they do have some good classes, and if you’re going to splurge on a product, at least use a coupon.)
Happy Earth Day!
